Front and centre is a name change, from Charter Telecom to simply Charter, inspired by customers’ comments that “Charter Telecom” limits the scope of a company they’ve come to rely on for the full spectrum of communications technology services. The new company slogan - Putting Technology to Work - reflects the fact digital technology now drives business communications and Charter is committed to sustaining its track record as a Canadian communications technology leader. “Customers can be confident that in Charter they have a partner who is committed to making communications technologies work for them by helping them grow, maximize their assets and speed up their business,” says Charter President Paul Chandler.
